BASIC FUNCTION This position is responsible for managing, developing and expanding LILHCO’s products and services, to include strategic product conceptualization and development, coordination, market research, analysis, implementation, distribution and sales in order to grow the business. The position is required to support overall Marketing and Sales initiatives.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
•Develop and implement brand plans to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
•Development and maintenance of relationships with commercial service customers as current marketing strategy dictates.
•Review and analyze market research relating to online games and commercial services to ensure brand issues are understood and corrective action identified.
•Liaise and interface with Corporate and Regional marketing team/resources in development of marketing plans and programs.
•Prepare marketing presentations and present to Corporate, ADM and colleagues on marketing strategies and plans.
•Recommend to the Marketing Manager and ADM, all brand activities to ensure fit with brand marketing strategy.
•Understand the impact of cost elements on brand profitability and monitor and track brand related marketing budget 
•Control brand support expenditure/cost to ensure brand profit objectives are achieved.
•Collaborate with Marketing Manager and External Agencies to ensure all brand activities are in line with the requirements and business objectives.
•Work closely with the internal Operations, Sales, Office, and Marketing Manager and external advertising agencies, suppliers to ensure product and brand activities are correctly managed throughout the POS.
•Apply best practices in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
•Provide a wide range of sales and marketing analysis, in order to determine distribution sites, specific groups, types of businesses, chains sales performance, among others.
•Develop the methodology to measure marketing activities impact and effectiveness, including customers’ promotion programs, incentive programs with distribution sites, advertising campaigns objectives, and point of sales materials.
•Collaborate with Sales personnel to ensure successful completion of commercial and online sales initiatives and projects.
•Collaborate with Marketing Analyst and other regional Marketing personnel to, structure and execute marketing research programs and coordinate research projects and manage research activities.
•Adequately manage information systems, in order to create geographic and demographic databases.
•Inform the corporate markets research group, to coordinate new ideas, seek technical advice, maintain local markets and report activities related to commercial services and online games.
•Coordinate with marketing team on support activities that are required.
•Any other reasonable duties assigned by Manager related to the operation of the business


REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field
•At least 4 years of related marketing experience 
•Highly proficient in MS Office Suite software:  Word, Excel PowerPoint
•Strong communication verbal, written & presentation skills. 
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 
•Enthusiastic, passionate and driven to achieve targets and goals. 
•Well organized professional with strong time management skills. 
•Highly attentive to detail. 
•Comfortable working to strict deadlines with ability to prioritize and multitask. 
•Possess strong analytical competence 
•Strong decision-making skills; ability to make sound judgment. 
•Highly self motivated capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
•Ability to work harmoniously across multiple teams and liaison with all other departments.
•Flexible to work extended hours (evenings and weekends). 
•Able to travel and work in different locations (e.g. other IGT sites).
