his position is responsible for the support of the Global Operations and Sales team, through customer evetns such as workshops, conferences, benchmarks and RFIs. This person requires excellent planning, time management and organization skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

This role is a member of the marketing team that performs a wide range of duties in support of these objectives including securing hotels, catering, audiovisual services, transportation, etc. 


  • Coordinate activities for customer facing events:  sales materials, ordering merchandise, printed marketing collateral, executing promotions.
  • Support the Operations and Sales Team with special project deliverables such as updating database of games, sales web portal, marketing collateral, bulletins for special events.
  • Manage logistics for customer-focused events
  • Develop agenda/bulletin based on the specific event
  • Work with SMEs to identify requirements for presentations, equipment setup, shipments, etc.
  • Assist with onsite support of the event operations and support of IGT senior management as needed
  • Manage logistics for customer-focused events.  This may include customer facing events such as fulfillment of second chance drawings and promotion events, conferences, workshops, benchmarks, RFIs.  May also include internal initiatives to support Sales and Operations teams such as planning and development of BIG meetings to develop innovative new content with the goal of driving customer growth, growing market share and demonstrating IGT leadership in the lottery space.
  • This may include any of the following dependent on event:
    • Manage turnkey promotion fulfillment for second chance drawings and promotions. This includes managing winners lists, coordinating prize fulfillment with 3rd party vendor, or in certain situations handles fulfillment on his/her own. Maintaining updated lists of winner fulfillment, undeliverable lists, damaged prize lists.
    • Coordinate with travel to ensure that all necessary travel arrangements are made for winners within budget and communicates travel with players, keeping updated lists of all travel arrangements, costs, details
    • Player communication including prize notification, travel agent introductions, fulfillment documents sent and maintained (add details to winners list, ensure all forms filled out completely and accurately), answer any questions players have related to trip/prizes.
    • Communicate directly with Lottery customers to keep them involved and aware of all fulfillment activity
    • Manage all steps and procedures for call center associates to follow while assisting any players/prize winners who call with issues regarding second chance promotions
    • Develop agendas, bulletins, take and distribute notes for weekly organizational meetings; prepare materials as necessary for team review;
    • Work with SMEs to identify requirements for presentations, equipment setup, shipments, etc.
    • Engage outside vendor support as required
    • Assist with onsite support of the event operations as needed
    • Oversee inventory and ordering of giveaway materials
    • Collect data from marketing and sales teams to writes all internal new letter contributions
    • Maintain Competitive Database information
    • Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations for sales team


  • BA in Marketing/Communications/Event Mgmt.
  • 3+ years work experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented are a must
  • PowerPoint proficiency is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
