This position is responsible for overall coordination of advertising and communications in the promotion of IGT products and services in order to grow sales. Liaises with external Agencies and media organization to ensure effective communication.  Provides  support overall support to Sales and Marketing initiatives.


•Assists management with developing and implementing marketing strategy to accomplish goals.
•Assists in promoting sales, provide information regarding upcoming promotions, changes and sales.
•Liaises with Ad companies in the development of advertising and promotional materials and programs that are consistent with marketing strategy directed by marketing manager.
•Liaises with print and electronic media across jurisdictions to ensure effective implementation of promotions and PR strategies.
•Ensures that all ads are placed within the time required and directed by the marketing strategy.
•Closely monitors and tracks advertising budgets and liaises with Marketing Manager to control same.
•Follows up with media houses to ensure best media placement is achieved.
•Assists in negotiation of media deals.
•Coordinates the dissemination of press releases in accordance with strategy directed by marketing plans
•Coordinate and organize press conferences
•Advises Sales Representatives of company’s sales promotion programs and counsels regarding their follow-up in the field.
•Assist Product Brand Managers to implement brand plans to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
•Development and maintenance of relationships with customers and vendors as current marketing strategy dictates.
•Understand and utilize market research relating to online games, IST and commercial services to ensure brand receive maximum exposure.
•Liaise and interface with Corporate and Regional marketing team/resources in development of marketing plans and programs.
•Prepare marketing presentations and present on marketing strategies and plans.
•Recommend to the Marketing Manager and ADM, communication activities to ensure fit with brand marketing strategy.
•Collaborate with Marketing Manager and External Agencies to ensure all brand activities are in line with the requirements and business objectives.
•Work closely with the internal Operations, Sales, Office, and Marketing Manager and external advertising agencies, suppliers to ensure product and brand activities are correctly managed throughout the POS.
•Collaborate with Sales personnel to ensure successful completion of IST, Commercial and Online sales initiatives and projects.
•Collaborate with Marketing Analyst and other regional Marketing personnel to, structure and execute marketing research programs and coordinate research projects and manage research activities.
•Maintain media and agency databases.
•Coordinate with marketing team on support activities and projects as required.


•At least 4 years experience in marketing, sales, statistics
•A Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, business. 
•Experience in administering and use of management databases, marketing research programs,
•Highly computer literate with strong knowledge of MS office Suite
•Strong communication skills
•Self motivated
•Strong leadership skills.
