Responsibilities:

-Provide parts order processing support for all Canadian markets

-Configure and enter parts orders into SAP

-Coordinate all aspects of parts order processing from the receipt of orders through shipment receipt, and EGD Repair

-Provide tracking of service order life cycle from call initiation through order closure; follow-up as required

-Communicate with internal and external customers to support all inquiries on service parts for all IGT supported product lines

-Analyze parts required for specific EGD application

-Research EGD types and parts destinations to determine regulatory requirements

-Expedite order holds due to compliance, finance, or licensing reasons to complete order

-Determine priority of orders to be processed

 

Requirements:

-3 to 5 years of experience in order fulfillment, order management, and/or sales order administration in a regulated environment

-Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

-Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming card

-Knowledge of/skills in MS Office, SAP and related databases, EGD configurations, compliance regulations

Experience with shipping procedures within SAP preferred

-Knowledge of the gaming industry would be a strong asset

-Very good communication skills both, written and verbal

 

Special Requirements:

-Work overtime as required

-Must be at least 21 years of age

-Be able to obtain a Gaming License

-Able to obtain positive background investigation results

-Available to work on weekends
