Duties and Responsibilities


             Support and motivate of a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed goals

             Provides regular monitoring and appropriate feedback to the staff

             Ensure that our daily, weekly and monthly Service Levels are being met

             Handle customer escalations

             Handle attendance tracking

             Assist in taking contacts when needed

             Daily reporting as required




             Previous supervisory experience is an asset

             Must be able to take initiative and have great attention to detail

             Demonstrates leadership abilities
